Recruiting Alert

Shaffer Trucking, a division of Crete Carrier Corp., has received multiple reports that one or more individuals have been impersonating a Shaffer Trucking recruiter. This person offers drivers employment with Shaffer Trucking and attempts to have the driver wire him or another individual a sum of money in order to secure employment with the Company. This person has gone by the names of Jimmy Gardner, Gary Williams, and Gary Long.

Be advised that this person is not affiliated with Shaffer Trucking or its parent company, Crete Carrier Corporation. Shaffer Trucking does not require its drivers to post any type of security to ensure employment with the Company.

Drivers contacted by this individual should cease all activity and communication with this person and contact Shaffer Trucking's recruiting department at 1-800-669-0322.
