Rules Tariff
The provisions of the rules tariffs apply to the transportation of all shipments by Crete Carrier Corporation and Shaffer Trucking--Temperature Control Division of Crete Carrier Corporation and Hunt Transportation, Inc. (referred to in the tariffs as the "carrier") except as otherwise provided in specific rate items or in separate written transportation agreements between carrier and a shipper (referred to in the tariffs as a "shipper contract").
