JOB TITLE: Imaging Document Prep/Scanner
FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt
PREPARED: 1/07
SUMMARY
Opens packets and prepares documents to scan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receives and carries out instructions
- Prepares packets for scanning.
- Scans prepared documents through scanner and reviews scanned images for QA.
- Bands, boxes and files a scanned batch.
- Performs indexing duties as needed.
- Receives and protects confidential information.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to read, write, talk, see and hear.
- Ability to add and subtract.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
